Outputs include a new (or refined) org chart with clear roles & responsibilities and RASCI matrix to effectively implement strategic plans.

  • Mapping Behaviors to Guide Organizational Culture

    This module is designed to ensure that leaders develop consistency around the top 5 values and associated behaviors needed to execute strategy. Leaders will reflect on when these behaviors have been demonstrated or deviated from, and discuss how they will communicate, demonstrate, and reinforce these values on an ongoing basis. Outputs include a map of behaviors that do/do not align with the core values & a list of next steps for rolling out and embedding these behaviors throughout the organization.

  • Preparing for and Managing Successful Change

    The change management modules are designed to help teams understand the importance of change preparation & change management. Teams will learn, select and apply one of two change management frameworks to their chosen case study. Outputs include mapping the 5 P's (Project, Purpose, Particulars, People, Process) and either Prosci AKDAR or Kotter change management map.

  • Project Prioritization

    This module is designed to help teams continue to develop the skill of prioritization, discussing how prioritization methodologies can be applied to initiatives and projects. Leaders will understand how to prioritize initiatives and projects within their strategic priority areas and core operations. Outputs include a prioritization map of the current projects and initiatives that align to strategic priorities & a deep discussion of what does not align and can be deprioritized.

  • Systems to Monitor, Track & Report Progress

    This module is designed for teams to develop an aligned and consistent system for regularly tracking, monitoring and reporting on goal progress so they know whether they are ahead, behind, or on track. This helps to build consistency and proactivity so that teams are not waiting until the end of a multi-year plan to assess where they are at and what they have achieved or missed.
